Forget rushing against the clock, we provide ample time the day before your wedding to style the space and make it completely your own. Walk down the aisle and practice your flow with confidence before the big day arrives, ensuring everyone feels calm and prepared.
We work with you to craft a personalized floor plan tailored to your guest count, flow and vision. Arrive to find your tables, chairs and rentals already meticulously arranged by our team. All that’s left for you to do is step in, add your personal touches and celebrate.
Our venue services are designed to ensure your day runs seamlessly. We provide up to three staff members to manage every detail, from vendor coordination and deliveries to decorating, setup, and parking assistance.
We will design a custom floor plan for your event and handle all the necessary setups, including the reception tables and chairs, the ceremony area with its custom arbor and bench seating, the outdoor lounge, and the fire pit—wood included.
Enjoy three hours of rehearsal and setup time the day before your wedding, plus convenient extras like guest WiFi, a water station, and emergency supply baskets to cover any unexpected needs.
